The following are the terms and conditions agreed between Bodhita Psychological Services and persons/users who register on the site to make use of our services to find a counsellor and get benefited from seeking our services.
Access and Communication
You are reminded that if the online counseling services are unavailable, you may access counseling services by telephone in case of an Emergency.
Payments
All payments for your sessions at Bodhita Psychological Services are to be made prior to each session. You will be provided with a receipt of acknowledgement for your payment.
Fees would be charged for all online and tele- counseling services and it must to be paid through online transfer before the counseling or psychotherapy session takes place. Services only begin once the payment is done.
Schedule Changes & Cancellations
We set aside time for all the scheduled appointments you make and hence it is requested to notify the cancellation or any changes in schedule at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. A minimum 24 hours prior notice is mandatory for all the schedule changes or cancellations. If the fees for the session had already been paid, it would be returned only if the notice for cancellation has been intimated 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Confidentiality
The information that is disclosed during the session with your psychologists is totally confidential. No information will be disclosed without the client's written permission. If there is a need for confidentiality to be broken, we will make every effort, where feasible and legally acceptable, to discuss the matter with you before talking to anyone else.
Terms & Conditions for Online Counseling
Clients interested in online counseling services must consult with Bodhita Psychological Services to discuss the eligibility as well as the terms and conditions that apply to the above said services.
Eligibility for Online Counseling Services
Online counseling services are not meant to take place in a direct, face-to-face format but rather using a mobile phone or a computer.
Although online counseling services may be helpful, cost-effective and easily accessible, direct and face-to-face services are highly recommended and encouraged, especially for clients looking for long-term treatment or those who are in a major crisis.
Parental Consent
Use of the website is available only to persons over the age of 18 years. If you are a minor i.e., below 18 years of age you shall not register on the website directly without your legal guardian or parent; consent form is mandatory.

Bodhita Psychological Services may terminate these terms for any reason at anytime. In addition to any termination rights, we reserve the right to enforce and prosecute any violations of these terms.
Referrals
Bodhita Psychological Services is dedicated to provide professional care of highest standards and will do our best to serve you. However, if at any point of time, if your therapist finds that she no longer is able to continue being effective in helping you, she will make every possible effort and will not at all be hesitant to find another appropriate professional for you to be referred to.
